For pets, we require a one-time pet deposit. In addition, you will pay a monthly pet rent for each pet. To read more about our pet policy, please visit the Amenities page.
There are weight and breed restrictions on pets per the City of Bellevue's regulations.
There are many pet parks located nearby, within a 5-mile radius of our apartments. Marymoor Dog Park is 3.4 miles away.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments at this time.
Our community's Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. There are no fees for using communal spaces.

The tours of our apartments are free.
We accept both appointments and walk-ins for apartment tours. We recommend scheduling appointments.
Our office hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
You can apply for an apartment on our website, through the "Applicants" Portal.
Once we receive your application, it will take about 2 to 4 business days to process.
When you sign the lease, we also ask that you pay a screening fee and a holding deposit.
We highly recommend first-time renters to do research and come prepared to ask a lot of questions.
We accept online payments for rent.
We have partnered up with Rent Cafe to process payments. To pay your rent, you will log into your resident portal and pay through Rent Cafe.
Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance.
No, there are no utility bill fees that are included in your rent.
Please contact PSE to set up your electricity.
Please use Comcast as your provider for Internet and cable.
Guests are more than welcome to visit. They must abide by the community rules.
No, you cannot get a price reduction if you sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance.
No, we do not allow our residents to sublet their apartments.
Please refer back to the conditions listed on your lease if you have to break your lease. For more info and details about your lease, please contact the front desk.
Maintenance
To prepare your new apartment, we will fully turn, clean, paint, and fix the flooring as necessary.
We do have on-site maintenance available.
There are two ways to make maintenance requests: contacting our front office and making a maintence request online through your resident portal.
After we have received your maintenance request, our on-site maintenance team will come to your unit to enter and repair what needs to be fixed.
No, you do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work.
If you are locked out during business hours, please contact the front office. If you are locked out after hours, please call a locksmith.
Yes, you are allowed to decorate the apartment without penalty. However, please do not re-paint your apartment.
